Folks,
I just had to catch a hold on to this experience I just had and share it with you all while this pumping in my heart! As my heart beats to the same beat of a James Brown song...
...I was in the kitchen looking in the Ice Box when I heard a Rooster crow. Out loud even. In this house! As in down the corridor and closer to my quarters. No, I did not go look. Damn it! Not this time. Just please let me share this madness with someone other than myself or my, 'Selve's'...
...I had been going about a quite pleasant and productive day until about an hour and three quarter ago. Then, it was as if somebody turned up the volume and nosies and sounds from everywhere were going on. Simultaneous Casting? Audible Hallucinations, like Sir Dude calls them. The noises and sounds between my ears are sometimes unholy. Not right? Maybe...
...then to boot, my next door neighbours are celebrating a special occasion. I suppose really, because they have had their stereo loud enough for us over here on the next cul-de-sac to hear and listen to the Ricky Martin Show, also. The Yankee's next door aren't home yet - if they were - they would've called The Sheriff's Office an hour or so ago. Sounds like my good neighbours may have a Live Mariachi Band over there too! Whew! It is damned loud too!
While here in my safe place, I am listening to The Intruders, "Cowboys To Girls". Oh Sir, it's a tune from my Youth. With this song, I have fantastic memories associated from then. A respite from the Abuses. Oh, please Ma'am, if you want to listen to an Old School Rhythm and Blues song, take a listen to this cut. Awesome! And how sweet too block the racket from across the fence. Bless their heart. I'm sure today is a very special day for them. Red, White and Green! VIVA!!
