Good Morning!

Friends,

I was finally able to "fall" into sleep this morning a bit past 0100...

...that was an approximate total of 38 hours of being awake. As in eye's wide open wide awake. I am not accustomed to tracking these hours as it is usually the sleeping hours I kept account of.  This morning my shoes fit differently and I do feel well rested even though I slept less than eight hours. The way I'm feeling today, I believe those few hours have served me well.

I am speaking with my Eldest in the land afar and far away via Skype. It is amazing stuff right there! I mean, it's The Jetson's cartoon type of stuff or Science Fiction even. Like Star Trek and Star Wars goings on. We are a fortunate family to have access to this technology. It is a wonderful thing to be able to visit with me baby and see her beautiful face daily. Yes, we are Blessed. There are some Folks here in the U.S. that still don't have telephone. In many ways, I am glad and happy for them. I remember the times before cellular telephone, i-Pad-this and i-phone-that, computers and now, this whole new means of face to face communications via the Skype. Oh, and I am such a novice.

It is necessary I prepare for an appointment I have this morning.
