Gardening And Cowboy's

Relation's,

I am eager to step out of doors in a while and am very much in the mood to garden.

I have Kinfolk coming up from Miami for the week end. My nephew, his wife and their children, my great nieces and nephew. My sister Linda will be over with my "feller's" and my sister Lou will be over here too. She's the recluse in our bunch you see. So, I want the gardens and the pond in awesome shape.

I placed my second mango seed into potting soil yesterday. It was necessary to remove from inside my first mango due to it having grown so beautifully well. How it is I got three sprouts from one seed I don't know. I'll leave that up to Great Spirit to decide I reckon. The avocado plant that we are growing for my dearest Dione, has also been removed to the screened patio due to it's surprising growth and beauty. I felt it was time to introduce it to the morning rising Sun. Come a few weeks and it will be right to place in a larger plant pot. I can not imagine what the mango seedlings are going to look like. Their just so too cute right now.

I thought of taking a walk about earlier and decided that maybe I'll inflate those bike tires on my trike and give it a whirl. Not quite sure as the weather is acting a bit peculiar. I am aware I am not to take the risks of riding this trike - but hell, if I don't get back on that pony I'm liable to lose it. Lose my pony that is and I sure don't want that to happen...

...this is my only real pony remaining. I lost my P.T. Cruiser because I can not drive due to Meniere's Disease. We traded in my Pony, Peaceful Cruiser for my wife's Dodge. My other pony John Wayne, lives in my Spirit's. He's the pony I jump on when I'm having good days. On the bad, I send him out to stud.

If I had a real live pony, I would leave from these parts and head straight away to Cheyenne...

...run my pony as fast as he would go to a place far, far and away from here. Some place where the tree's are taller than the building's not standing so tall. A place where Cowboy's and Cowgirl's live and thrive. God knows I should've been a Cowboy. I know I should've been a Cowboy.
My Cowboy's name is Cody. Really, he's an alter and my prairie name is influenced by the Indian in me, thus my name is He-Who-Wants-To-Run-Far. Hey, I like that. I like it alot.

Chow Time!
