I saw Elvis, Miles and John last night...
...Elvis feels fine because he is still singing his hits in heaven. The Angels love him!
John sits next to Jesus and writes new songs for the Angels and Archangels.
Elvis wants me to eat a peanut butter and onion sandwich today. I just may. This was a favorite of mine from childhood. When a kid is hungry and there ain't shit but government issued peanut butter, bread and onions in the house, this kid made some damned peanut butter and onion sandwich's. A delicacy indeed.
John, says George is happy and off playing with gnomes in God's Garden. John also asks that we not stop "imagining" in our lives and day-to-day activities. He wishes us to continue to feed the hungry, house the homeless and to pray for World Peace.
Miles is as black as ever and is enjoying the sweet sounds that the heaven's provide his trumpet. Sometimes during thunder storms if you listen close enough, you might pick up a blast from Miles' horn. Besides his awesome music, I loved that Miles never really let the white folk get him too down. In my heart of hearts though, I believe that near the end of his days on Mother Earth, Miles was worn and drawn by what he fought against all his life - Racism...
...and as Black as he still is he is not the Blackest in heaven and he doesn't mind. Just like John is still pale as a ghost - pardon that pun and Elvis still too heavy.
The three are making beautiful music in heaven and are still celebrating Michael's arrival. The "King of Pop" is in heaven with Elvis, Miles and John!
Elvis sings "Burning Love" for me as I have a fever of one hundred and nine! I try not to look at the light, but it's so bright and I hear the sweet sound of a choir...
